Hi! Thanks for taking time to check out my page. My name is Diane and I live in sunny South Florida (paradise!). I enjoy making cards & tags, rubber stamping, and scrap booking occasionally. I get the best sense of accomplishment from card making since the gratification is almost instant! My crafting style is updated traditional with little layers of detail and lots of color.

As a kid, one of my favorite parts of school was art class. As soon as I’d get home from school, I would turn the TV on to the channel with Gilligan’s Island. Then I’d break out my pack of construction paper, crayons, glue, and scissors and try to duplicate what we learned in art class that day.  I remember when I was in 3rd grade making a paper mosaic of a panda bear on a tree branch, using a paint by number picture as inspiration. I took all the construction paper I had and tore the sheets of paper into little tiny pieces, then sorted the pieces by color. Taking that art project made up of only of paper and a bottle of Elmer’s glue to school and showing my teacher is still memorable to me – even though it was decades ago!panda

I started this blog to share my paper crafting obsession with others, along with my friends and family. My belief is that we can make a difference in the lives of others and strengthen relationships by sharing creativity.

Make it a great day!
